Indians Split With OKC Bulls

The Bartlesville Doenges Ford Indians played their final home games of the season Saturday night as they split with OKC Bulls losing the first game 10-2 and won the second game 15-2.  In the first game, the Bulls scored six of the their 10 runs in the top of the fourth inning to run-rule the Indians.  Tyler Yardley took the loss on the mound to fall to 2-3 overall this season.  In three innings of work, Yardley gave up 10 runs on 11 hits and struck out two.  The Bulls out hit Bartlesville 11-4.  Garrett Meidl, Chase Fiddler, Bo McSpadden, and Tyler Yardley each got a hit.

In the second game, the Indians woke up and the bats got hot as they out hit OKC 14-9.  Bartlesville scored eight of their 15 runs in the bottom of the third inning to run-rule the Bulls.  Logan McNeil went the distance and picked up his fourth victory on the mound.  In five innings of work, McNeil gave up two runs on nine hits, walked one, and struck out four.  Garrett Meidl went 3 for 4 with two RBI's while Logan McNeil went 3 for 3 with two RBI's.  Tyler Yardley, Will McDaniel, and Josh Louthan each got two hits while Jacob Ruiz and Chase Fiddler each got one hit. 

The Indians are 20-21 overall and will play Three Rivers on Saturday, July 26th at Connor State College in Warner.  Game time is 1 P.M.
