Bruin Baseball Falls at Collinsville

Bartlesville High fell on the road at Collinsville on Thursday night, one of only three regular season games left for BHS. .

Cardinals topped the Bruins, 7-1.

Bartlesville struggled defensively, as the Bruins committed four errors leading to three unearned Cardinal runs. Grant Clark and Kaden Romesburg both battled on the mound. Clark gave up three hits in 3.1 innings, while Romesburg allowed only one in 2.2 innings.

In total only four hits for Collinsville in six frames, but eight walks and four errors allowed the seven runs. BHS only managed two hits in the game, one apiece from Damien Niko and Paul Hindman.

Bruins are 12-20. They are scheduled to go to Pryor for another regular season game on Friday before Regionals next week.
