The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says a trooper who shot and killed a man in northeastern Oklahoma in June is back on duty after authorities ruled the shooting justified.  Trooper Jerrod Martin was placed on paid suspension after he shot and killed 35-year-old Joshua Stand of Delaware.   OHP Captain George Brown earlier said the 28-year-old trooper was responding to a call of a man walking the street with a weapon, possibly a knife. Brown says the trooper spoke to Stand, then a brief foot pursuit ensued, leading to the trooper fatally shooting Stand.  OHP says Martin has returned to active duty after District Attorney Kevin Buchanan said the deadly force was justified.

KOTV reports that an autopsy shows Stand had nine gunshot wounds and tested positive for drugs.
