A Tulsa man facing conspiracy and embezzlement charges has a new court date.  Larry Joe Dearman is charged with four counts of embezzlement, seven counts of conspiracy, and seven counts of obtaining money by false pretense.  The charges claim that Dearman along with Marya Gray conspired together to divert invested funds in their businesses for personal use.  Dearman appeared in Washington County District Court Wednesday afternoon and his case was passed to August 12th at 1:30 before Judge Curtis DeLapp.
