At the request of the Oklahoma Highway Patrol Marine Enforcement
Division, Oklahoma Highway Patrol divers recovered a 2012 Kia Sol SUV in approximately seven feet of water on lake Oologah on Sunday.

Witnesses on scene stated they saw the vehicle travel off roadway and into
the water earlier in the day.  According to reporting parties, the driver
allegedly swam out of the vehicle and was picked up by another driver.
There were no injuries associated with this event.

At this point the patrol believes it to be an intentional act.  The scene and Marine Enforcement Troopers will investigate further in an attempt to identify the registered owner.
