A probable cause hearing took place Tuesday afternoon for Brad L. Cummins, who was arrested on a protective order violation.  Bartlesville police were called on a possible disturbance at a home in the 200 block of NW Cass.  According to a court affidavit, Cummins' dad told the police that the suspect was inside the home, arguing, going out of control, and cut the home's phone cord.  The authorities believe that Cummins violated the protective order.  Bond was set at $50,000.
