There's new changes in Oklahoma Wesleyan University mens and womens basketball programs.  Eagles baskeball coach Jason Beschta has resigned to become a head basketball coach at another university.  Beschta was the Eagles head coach for three years and led this past season to the NAIA national tournament.  Taking over the mens program will be Athletic Director Mark Molder, who led the Lady Eagles teams to back to back NAIA National Tournament appearances.  Molder said he's ready for the opportunity.  Molder was the mens assistant coach from 2007-2011 and was the head womens coach from 2011-2014.  During those times, Molder has advanced his teams to the NAIA National Tournament 6 of the last 7 years.  He was part of the 2009 NAIA National Championship team defeating College of the Ozarks.  Molder has a combined record of 182-53.  Molder will remain the school's athletic director.  With Molder now becoming the mens coach, OKWU has hired Jason Jeschka (Jus-key) as the new womens basketball coach.  Jeschka said OKWU is the best place to begin his head coaching career.  Jeschka comes to Bartlesville after being the womens assistant coach at Southwestern College in Winfield, Kansas.
