A Bartlesville man is free on a $20,000 bond after being arrested on drug violations.  52-year old Robert Dwayne Brown is charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, and driving with a revoked license.  Deputies from the Washington County Sheriff's Office conducted a traffic stop on 2200 Road east of Silverlake Road.  The deputies were traveling north on U.S. Highway 75 when they saw a vehicle turn on 2200 Road and noticed the license tag light was out.  According to a court affidavit, Brown told the deputies he didn't have his license.  The authorities learned Brown's license was revoked.  The deputies search the car and found a wooden box that contained meth, a bag that contained marijuana and a marijuana grinder, and a blue bag with meth.  The affidavit states that Brown has a prior drug conviction.  Brown's next court date is April 11th.
