Thunder Get Big Win at New Orleans

Oklahoma City Thunder got a much-needed win on Tuesday evening. Thunder beat a good New Orleans Pelicans team on the road, 119-112 and avoided a two-game losing streak.

The final score does not tell the full story.

OKC blew a 20-point lead before they battled back in the final few minutes. A bad end to the third quarter let New Orleans take a lead early in the fourth.

A Lu Dort three-pointer that came directly after a Shai Gilgeous-Alexander trey gave the Thunder the lead for good with about a minute left.

Here is how that Dort three sounded on Tuesday night on KPGM.

It was a 12-0 run for OKC in the final 2:31 to escape with the win.

Head coach Mark Daigneault talks about his team’s resiliency.

Thunder improves to 50-21 on the season with the win. It is the first time since 2016 that OKC has won 50 games and is the eighth time in the franchises 16 seasons that they’ve accomplished the feat.

Thunder back at it at home on Wednesday night against Houston.
