Solid Day 1 for Wasemiller at State
Bartlesville High Bruin freshman golfer Jay Wasemiller finished 10th after the first day of action at Oaks Country Club in 6A State on Monday.
Boys 6A State is a three-round event. Wasemiller shot two 73s in both of his rounds yesterday. So, a 146 score after 36 holes is good for 10th.
Wasemiller was the only Bruin to qualify for the event, and he will have 18 holes left to finish up on Tuesday.
