Regionals Upcoming for Bartlesville Swimming
It is just a matter of days until both the Bartlesville High swim teams are back in action in the postseason.
The Lady Bruins and Bruins will travel down to Jenks on Friday and Saturday for regionals. It is the first step in a road toward state for both BHS teams. The Bartlesville girls are probably still the favorite to repeat as state champions this year. The Lady Bruins are searching for their fourth straight state title.
Both squads pounded their competition during senior night at the Phillips 66 Aquatic Center last week. Bartlesville head swim coach Chad Englehart talks about regionals this weekend.
Jenks will likely be the main competition for the Bruin boys over the next few weeks. Bixby and Jenks are the two east-side teams that will challenge Bartlesville on the girl’s side this weekend.
