OKWU Soccer Heads to KCAC Title

Both the Oklahoma Wesleyan men’s and women’s soccer teams’ area headed to Wichita to play for the Kansas Colligate Athletic Conference titles this weekend.

The Lady Eagles and Eagles swept a double-header in Bartlesville in the KCAC semis on Wednesday night. Marjolen Neska had a hat trick for the women, as they topped Ottawa 5-2. The OKWU women improve to 17-3 overall. The Lady Eagles have not lost in conference play. 

The mean beat up on York 7-2. Alex Lonza had a hat trick for the men in the victory.

The Wesleyan men and women will both face Friends University in Wichita for the title matches on Saturday. The Eagle men lost their only conference game to Friends on Oct. 30, 2-1.
