Oklahoma Union wins Oologah Tourney - Dewey 4th

Elsewhere in high school basketball tournaments this weekend across the area:

Oklahoma Union boys got a championship in the Oologah Tournament. The Cougars beat the host-club Oologah, 51-34 on Saturday night. Oklahoma Union now stands at 10-0 on the year.

Dewey lost in the third-place game of the Oologah Tourney as well, as Pryor topped the Doggers 77-27.

Pawhuska had its guys lose their first game of the year in the finals of the Morrison Tournament. Pawnee, the No. 3 ranked team in 2A, handed the Huskies a 47-42 loss in the finals on Saturday.
