Lady Bruins Win in Orlando
The Bartlesville girls’ basketball team is off to a 1-0 start in the KSA Orlando Holiday Classic.
BHS topped Boone, Florida 62-56 with a strong first half.
The Lady Bruins led 37-25 at halftime and held on in the third and forth quarters to secure their fifth win of the season.
Boone High School is located in Orlando, the host city for the tournament.
Bartlesville was led in scoring by Chloe Martin who had 26 points, including 18 in the first half. Jena’ Williams added in 19 with three three-pointers.
Bartlesville will continue play in the tournament tomorrow against Sunlake, Florida at 2:30 in the afternoon. We will have more on the Lady Bruins in the Orlando Tournament as the weekend rolls on.
