Lady Bruin Slow Pitch Hosts Regional
Big day on Tuesday for Bartlesville High slow pitch softball.
The Lady Bruins are hosting their own Regional this afternoon, with a chance to head to state after a fantastic regular season.
BHS stands at 19-10 on the year. Lady Bruins will play games at 11:30 and 1:00 on Tuesday afternoon against Owasso and Claremore at the BHS softball facility off Madison on the east side of town.
The schedule after the first two games will depend upon how the first games go. The Lady Bruins just restarted their slow pitch program a couple of years ago. It gives all softball players a chance to hone their skills for fast pitch in the fall, but also gives seniors a second season of sorts.
Allie Scullawl, Lady Bruin senior, talks about what this slow pitch season has meant to her.
BHS went 0-1 against Owasso and 4-0 against Claremore during the regular season.
