KWON’s Annual Night at the Ballpark was a resounding success on Thursday night as hundreds of fans attended, several walked away with prizes and all saw the Indians win two games over the Montgomery County Cardinals. Bartlesville won a close game in the front end 6-2 and then went home early with an 11-2 run-rule victory in game two.

Ryan Jones worked five innings of two-run ball on the mound in the first game to get his fifth win of the summer. The game was tied at 2 heading into the bottom of the fifth when the Tribe tallied four runs to take a convincing lead. The Indians would take the lead on two manufactured runs, which set the table for this long double from Harrison Clark.

Clayton Hill would shut it down with two innings of scoreless relief.

Game two would look similar with both teams trading runs early on. Bartlesville would break a 2-2 tie with a seven-run third inning. The biggest blow came on this two-RBI hit from Hunter Harlan.

Mason Moody would throw all five innings for his third victory on the summer. Bartlesville moves to 20-23 heading into its final weekend of the season. The Indians next play Saturday at 2:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. from Bill Doenges Memorial Stadium.
