Bruin Boys Golf Plays First Tournament
Bartlesville boy’s golf had its first tournament of the year on Monday with some good results.
BHS finished 15th overall, while Jay Wasemiller again had a good performance. The freshman shot a 76, which was good for 6th individually.
Lucas Wyatt and Tyler Erwin were also under 100 for the Bruins.
This was also the first tournament for Carl Holmes as varsity head boy’s coach. Holmes had been the girls coach the past couple of years. He replaced longtime head coach Jeff Rude this past offseason.
Holmes talks about prognostications for BHS golf this year and in the near future.
No more events until next week for Bruin boy’s golf.
