Bruin Baseball Stays Busy

It is a mini three-game losing skid for Bartlesville High baseball, as the Bruins fell on the road to Union on Thursday night.

Redhawks topped the Bruins 6-1.

Bartlesville briefly led 1-0 after the top of the third but surrendered six unanswered runs across the second and fifth innings that ended up being the difference.

Pretty good start for Kaden Romesburg, who went six frames, gave up eight hits, but only two of the six Union runs were earned. BHS committed two errors on the afternoon.

Brenden Asher had two hits while Brett Eaves and Pierce Hindman added one apiece.

Bartlesville is 3-5 and is back at it in another tough non-District game against Bixby on Friday from Bill Doenges Memorial Stadium.

A scheduled 5:00 first pitch.
