Bartlesville Baseball played host Stillwater Tuesday evening to complete game two of the early week doubleheader. It would be Stillwater grabbing a Tuesday night win to complete the sweep as they won 17-5 in a run-rule.

Bartlesville fell behind early 6-0 through the top half of the third before they made their response. The Bruins ripped off five runs in the bottom of the third to make it a 6-5 game, but that is as close as it would get. The Pioneers would score 11 runs in the top half of the fifth to help close out BHS.

Asher toed the slab and had an unusual night as the senior only made it through three innings after giving up six runs, only four were earned. Asher also gave up a season-high seven walks and four hits.

Offensively, it was Brett Eaves leading the Bruins in base knocks with two and one rbi. Mason Dryden, Jaxon Zaun, and Grant Clark also tallied in rbi’s of their won. Bartlesville Baseball will be back in action on Thursday at 6 pm when they travel to Union.
