BHS Cross Country Eyes Titles
Bartlesville High trying to repeat as cross country state champions this weekend.
BHS will look to retake its crown on both the girl’s and boy’s side on Saturday at Edmond Sante Fe High School. The Lady Bruins and Bruins rolled through regionals with no problem this past weekend, sweeping both.
Some thought Bartlesville might take a step back this year after the graduation of several key seniors off the 2016 title squads. Cross country coach Bon Bennett says the reloading is a result of tremendous support.
Norman will be the main opponent to watch on Saturday. Edmond Memorial is also a big threat on the boy’s side.
