Bartlesville Baseball Season Comes to an End

The Bartlesville High baseball team had its season come to a close on Monday evening after battling its way through the losers bracket of the Deer Creek Regional.

The no. 1 seed Deer Creek topped BHS 5-0 in the first regional title game. The Antlers move on to state, as the Bruins end their season at 14-and-15.

BHS hung with Deer Creek, thanks to good outings from pitchers Grant Yardley and Hunter Stoops. Stoops was on a strike out parade in the early innings.

The Bruins advanced to the regional title game via a 10-0 win against Edmond North in the first game of the day on Thursday. BHS went 2-2 in the regional.

The Bruins won a couple straight after their loss in game one to Edmond North on Wednesday.

Congrats to head coach Spence Rigdon and the Bartlesville High baseball team on a successful season.
