Phillips 66 Chief Executive Officer, Greg Garland told a Chamber Forum audience Thursday that the company's commitment to Bartlesville remains strong.  Garland addressed the fall in prices earlier this year.  He says that caused the company to evaluate all of its expenses from materials to personnel.  Garland says the recent decline is not the company's "first rodeo" and the downturn will pass.

Garland showed a video highlighting the company's involvement in Bartlesville from the Phillips 66 museum and all of its facilities here to the large number of local employees and its support of some 90 non-profit organizations in the area.
