 The Bartlesville Police Department is conducting an investigation on a body found at Jo Allen Lowe Park shortly after 5 Tuesday morning.

Police Captain, Jay Hastings, said the man had no identification on him and they are hoping to identify the man by a description of his appearance and clothing.

Hastings said they can usually identify people by their cars or IDs, however this man was no found with any. If you know of a missing person matching this description, contact the Bartlesville Police Department at 918-338-4015.
