The Owasso Police Department has received several reports of a man going door-to-door attempting to sell “Neighborhood Watch” and “No Solicitation” stickers. According to the Owasso Police Department Facebook page, the man suggests that the profit from the $10 stickers will go to Owasso Community Resources. The man is NOT connected with the O-C-R and he is NOT affiliated with the Owasso Alert Neighborhood Program. Owasso Police say the man does not have a permit to make door-to-door sales.
