Bartlesville Radio: The area’s best source for news, weather and sports!

The Bartlesville Convention and Visitor's Bureau's main purpose is to bring visitors to town and promote their events. Funding is needed to do this and Executive Director Maria Gus said some of the funding comes from the Bartlesville Development Authority.

The BDA authorized $310-thousand for Visitor's Inc. during the monthly Wednesday morning meeting. This money is included in the $990-thousand that the BDA is expected to ask for from the city of Bartlesville's Economic Development Fund.
