Nowata County will soon be looking for another sheriff.  After serving as Nowata County sheriff for 17 years, James Hallett announced that he's retiring effective May 31st.  Commissioner Chairman Doug Sonenberg read Hallett's letter.  Hallett had two more years left in his term.
