Daniel Wayne Zulpo was arraigned this afternoon before Judge Vaclaw in Washington County. Zulpo is charged with five drug related counts including possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a weapon and possession of drugs within two-thousand feet of a child care facility. According a court affidavit, police searched the Zupo apartment and found a shotgun and more than twenty-one thousand dollars in marijuana, multiple drug pipes, scales and bags for distribution of drugs and well more than one thousand dollars cash. Zupo's bond was set at one-hundred twenty-five thousand dollars and Zupo will appear in court on June 7th.
