Bartlesville High baseball is back in action on Friday for senior night.

This will end the busiest stretch of the season for BHS. Bartlesville had two trips to Stillwater and games each of the past four days before its contest against Skiatook today.

Sand Springs scored five late runs to beat Bartlesville last night, 10-5, at Bill Doenges Memorial Stadium.

Offensively, Bartlesville did great. BHS tallied 12 hits, with three Bruins tallying two base knocks. However, on defense Bartlesville faltered. BHS committed five errors and walked 10 Sandite batters. Of the 10 runs Sand Springs scored, eight were on base via errors or walks.

The loss drops BHS to 16-8 overall.

Friday's game against Skiatook begins at 4:30 and is a contest we will carry on Sports Talk 99.1 FM – KPGM. Video livestream on KWONTV.com.
