It was the second win of the young college career for former Bartlesville Bruin pitcher Jakob Hall on Tuesday night, as Oral Roberts knocked off a top-5 foe and its in-state rival.

ORU beat No. 2 Oklahoma State at O’Brate Stadium in Stillwater, 15-9 in 12 innings.

Hall came in relief, and pitched three scoreless frames, striking out six Cowboys in the process. He did not allow a baserunner, nine-up and nine-down against the Pokes.

Just a few weeks ago KWON caught up with Hall and he talked about his freshman campaign with the Golden Eagles.

Hall is now 2-0 on the year. Another former Bruin in AJ Archambo gave up a couple runs in .2 innings in relief work, as well.
