During the Washington County Commissioners meeting on Monday morning, the Commissioners approved an x-ray services agreement with NextCare Oklahoma, LLC on behalf of the County Health Department. The agreement states that the Washington County Health Department shall pay a fee for chest x-ray services at a rate of $40 per set of x-rays.

From there, the Washington County Commissioners approved State of Oklahoma Form 969, Ad Valorem Reimbursement for loss of revenue due to fire-year manufacturer's exemption for the 2020 tax year.

The Commissioners would open bids for one or more new aggregate spray pothole patchers for Washington County District Three. The items are to be equipped to the hitch of a dump truck. There was only one bid to open and the Commissioners agreed to award it to JO-CO Equipment out of Broken Arrow for $72,460.

Also in the meeting, the Commissioners would approve a claim for salary and benefits for the Washington County Election Board Secretary for the month of April 2021 in the amount of $4,911.98.

Then, the Commissioners approve a report from the Washington County Health Department for the month of April 2021. The end balance came in at $0. There were $1,275 worth of collections and $1,275 in expenditures to bring the balance to $0.

The Washington County Clerk's Cashbook and Summary Report for the month of April 2021 would be approved from there. The amount approved was $53,845.75.

A reconciliation report from the Washington County Court Clerk for the month of April 2021 was approved as well. The balanced that was approved was $945,026.25.

The Washington County Commissioners approved a Washington County Court Clerk Records Management and Preservation Report for the month of April 2021 in the amount of $32,764.64. 

Lastly, the Commissioners approved a reconcilement report from the Washington County Election Board for the month of April 2021 in the amount of $5,222.18.

The Washington County Commissioners will meet again on Monday, May 17th, at 9:30 a.m. Their next meeting will convene on the second floor of the County Administration Building at 400 S. Johnstone Avenue in downtown Bartlesville.
