Appearing on COMMUNITY CONNECTION on Thursday, Todd Landers, Superintendent of Wesleyan Christian School in Bartlesville put out the invitation: Enrollment is open for the coming school year!
Supt. Landers said, according to their mission statement,Wesleyan Christian School exists to assist Christian families in providing their children with an outstanding education that is thoroughly grounded in biblical truth and effective in forming godly character.
Landers said the school is looking forward to enhancing the technology in the classrooms and beyond thanks, in part, from a federal grant that assists non-public schools in making those improvements.
Landers gave us a bit of a history lesson about Wesleyan Christian School. It was established in the fall of 1976 as a ministry First Wesleyan Church. It was established as a service to the families of the Bartlesville and surrounding communities to provide an education that is focused on academic excellence and thoroughly grounded in a Biblical worldview.
Wesleyan Christian School is accredited by the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI), and the Oklahoma Private School Accreditation Commission which are recognized by the Oklahoma State Department of Education. We are also accredited by the North Central Association Commission on School Improvement (NCA CASI)
