High Speed Chase Leads to Bartlesville Man's Arrest
A high speed chase leads to the arrest of a Bartlesville man.
According to the Ramona Police Department, they attempted to stop a vehicle that was speeding northbound on Highway 75 and running people off the road at approximately 7:15 p.m. on Saturday. When officers attempted a traffic stop near 3000 Road, the driver, Daryan Green, took off northbound at a high rate of speed.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol joined the Ramona Police Department in pursuing Green as the chase continued north to 2400 Road. Green then turned west to Silver Lake before heading back north. Eventually Green pulled into a private residence and began to flee the vehicle on foot. Green would later be caught hiding behind a barn.
The Bartlesville Police Department and the Washington County Sheriff's Office assisted the Ramona Police Department in the search for Green on Saturday. Bond for Green was set at $20,000 at the Washington County Courthouse and he is to return to court on Tuesday where he could face charges.
