Our last Capitol Call of the 2020 session powered by Phillips 66 featured both a look back on a rather unusual session highlighted by the COVID-19 pandemic and a contentious budget process with the Governor along with a look ahead for the state of Oklahoma.

Senator Julie Daniels explained her bills that became law in this past session regarding limitied liability for health care facilities, business and manufacturers.

Representative Judd Strom gave his take on the unusual session and the hard work being put in to make the unemployment system work for the citizens of Oklahoma.

Representative Derrel Fincher updated us on the progress made in clarifying the rules for virtual schools and the success of the food bills he sponsored in this past session. Looking ahead, Fincher sees good progress for the state of Oklahoma and reminded people to continue with the practice of social distancing and wearing a mask in public.
