Bartlesville High is still celebrating its outstanding performances for wrestling and swimming over the weekend, we got a chance to catch up with both the head coaches yesterday.

Bartlesville boy’s swimming finished second in the state on Saturday, just behind the state champions, Jenks. The Bruins were led by Will Englehart, who picked up a gold medal individually. Bartlesville head coach Chad Englehart talks about a spectacular weekend for the Bruins.

Englehart was pleased with the gold medals from Englehart and Lady Bruin Senior Sydney Perry. He mentioned that they both had to come from behind to get their victories. He also mentioned their abilities to lead a younger crop of swimmers, which helped Bartlesville out-perform expectations at the meet this past weekend.
