At the end of September in 2018, 363 students in the Bartlesville Public School district lost their Free and Reduced meal status because their parents had not submitted a renewal application.

This year, Trevor Dorsey of Regent Bank will provide a free donation to the Child Nutrition department for each free-and-reduced application the district receives in an effort to help promote the importance of parents completing the applications. Applications must be renewed every year, but only one application needs to be submitted per family if all of their children are listed.

Paper applications are available at the district’s Child Nutrition office, which is located at Madison Middle School at 5900 Baylor Drive. Staff can assist parents with filling one out if needed. If you have questions or concerns, please call Child Nutrition at 918.333.7966 and use the extension 1594.

Parents can also apply online in the comfort and privacy of their own home at bartlesvilleisd30.schoollunchapp.com. The vendor uses the highest level of data encryption available to keep submitted information safe and guarded. Parents’ data is transmitted to the Bartlesville Schools Nutrition office the same day they apply, allowing for quicker processing so their children can receive benefits faster.
