A three car accident occurred Monday night on Virginia Avenue to the north of Herrick Street in Bartlesville.

The Bartlesville Police Department, Fire Department and Ambulance responded to the traffic accident that took place around 9:25 p.m. Washington County Emergency Management also helped with directing traffic.

The preliminary report indicates a northbound car went left of center and struck a trailer being pulled by a southbound pick-up. The northbound car then spun into another southbound car and rolled landing on its top.

The female driver of the car that traveled left of center and rolled was transported to the Jane Phillips Medical Center and was admitted in serious condition. She was later transport to a Tulsa hospital.
