Tower Center at Unity Square Plans to be Discussed
The Tower Green Design Committee will hold a meeting Wednesday for the first time since January.
The special meeting will cover the specific products, materials, and colors recommended in the 99-percent construction plans for the Tower Center at Unity Square project. The plans presented by Ambler Architects will include discussion on benches, trash receptacles, bicycle racks, planter pots, type and size of trees, plants, or shrubs, concrete pavers and more.
Co-chairs Alan Gentges and Jim Curd will later discuss the design for the Tower Center at Unity Square logo with the committee. The project’s groundbreaking ceremony scheduled for Friday, March 29 th will also be discussed.
The Tower Center at Unity Square will be implemented between the Taliesin-designed Bartlesville Community Center and Frank Lloyd Wright’s historic Price Tower this year. The Tower Green Design Committee will meet at noon Wednesday in Bartlesville City Hall’s 1st Floor Conference Room.
