An RV caught fire around 2:40 Monday afternoon in Montgomery County three miles east of Tyro, Kansas. Montgomery County Sheriff Bobby Dierks was on the scene helping the Coffeyville Fire Department and rural fire department put out the vehicle engulfed in flames.

Sheriff Dierks says the fire took place around County Road 3300 and Highway 166. Everyone was able to exit the vehicle without any injuries. What started the blaze is under investigation.
