A parking agreement with Rogers State University, half-inch chip quotes for two county road projects and freight charges to haul the chips top the agenda for the Washington County Board of Commissioners Monday morning.  The agenda also calls for action on a resolution regarding projet maintenance, financing, and right-of-way for work on county road north 4025 over Timberlake Creek.  Monday morning's board of county commissioners meeting is set for 9:30 at the courthouse administrative center.
