Two jury trials are scheduled to be held at Washington County District Court this week. 

Chris Albert Wade of Dewey is charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.  According to a court affidavit, Wade argued with his girlfriend.  A short time later, a man who was with Wade's girlfriend saw Wade holding something shiny in his hand.  The men reportedly got into an altercation and Wade swung at the man cutting his neck. 

The second case is for Tyler Lee Shea, who is charged with assault and battery with the intent to kill, first degree burglary, and protective order violation.  Shea went to a woman's house, pounded the front door, and yelled at her to drop the protective order.  Shea reportedly got into her home, punched a man in the face, and stabbed him.
