Bartlesville Woman Arrested For Number Of Charges

A $50,000 bond has been set for a Bartlesville woman who allegedly gave a false name to police and tried to resist arrest.  30-year old Kylee Ann Hamblin is charged with possession of methamphetamine, falsely personate to create liability, knowingly concealing stolen property, and possession of a firearm after a former felony conviction.  Dewey police were called to the Dewey Mini Storage Complex at 300 South Shawnee where they found a woman sleeping inside her vehicle.

According to a court affidavit, the suspect identified herself as Catherine Hinkle.  The police learned the suspect gave a wrong name and had an outstanding warrant out of Washington County.  Reportedly, Hamblin tried to get away from officers and resisted arrested.  The police found inside the vehicle meth and marijuana, stolen tools, and a Stevens 12-gauge pump action shotgun.  Court records indicate that Hamblin was convicted for second degree burglary from Washington County.

Hamblin's next court date is June 17th.
