The Bartlesville City Council approved an ordinance Monday evening creating Tax Increment District 10, located at the corner of Adams and Silver Lake Road, known as the Silver Lake Village Economic Development Project.  TIF attorney Jered Davidson explained the action.

Before the action was passed, the City Council held the second public hearing concerning the creation of TIF District Number 10.
