A probable cause hearing took place Tuesday afternoon for 27-year old Joseph Dillon Hall of Coffeyville, Kanas, who was arrested on a number of charges including running a road block, eluding, false impersonation to create liability, reckless driving, damage to property, and obstructing an officer.  Prosecutors told a judge that Hall was a flight risk and wasn't cooperating with officers.  Hall was arrested Monday evening in Bartlesville.  Court records indicate that Hall was just released from prison. 

Hall's next court date is Wednesday afternoon when charges are expected to be filed.  Bond was set at $250,000.
