ODOT Eight Year Plan to Benefit Local Counties

A new eight year plan got the approval of the Oklahoma Transportation Commission during a meeting on Tuesday. Highlights of the Oklahoma Department of Transportation's Federal Fiscal Year 2016 through 2023 Construction Work Plan include: nearly $6.5 billion in improvements, more than 1,800 projects and the replacement or major rehabilitation of 913 bridges across the state.

In Washington County, there are projects planned on Highways 75, 60 and 123. In Osage County, projects are planned for Highways 60, 99 and 20. Work will also be done in Nowata County on Highways 60, 169, 28 and 10.
