COVID-19 Postponements and Closings

Below are a list of Suspended events and Closings related to the COVID-19 / Coronavirus.

Events:

  • Governor Kevin Stitt’s “Open Up & Recover Safely” plan is now in effect. Businesses like restaurants, gyms and movie theaters are open under strict guidelines.

  • Bartlesville Farmers Market will reopen June 6, 2020
  • Frank Phillips Home will open June 6 with restrictions and physical distancing
  • 55 Plus Activities Center closed until further notice
  • Kiwanis Club delaying Sooner Jr. Mini Golf opening until further notice 
  • Sons of the American Revolution meeting canceled. (May 21).  Meetings will resume September 17
  • Catholic Charities Mary Martha Outreach NOT accepting donations at this time
  • A group of people are sewing masks for local medical facilities and seniors.  If
    you have material or elastic or would like to help sew, contact Deb Cook at mosie53@hotmal.com
  • Arvest Friday Forum suspended until further notice
  • Copan Senior Citizens Center closed until further notice
  • Green Country Republic Women's monthly luncheons on hold until further notice
  • Dynamic Independence is closed until further notice
  • Ocheleta City Hall closed. Employees in office to answer questions 
  • Veterans Communications Organization, at Strategy Center of Tri County Tech, is closed for walk-ins. They are available by phone or email 11-5, Monday - Friday, to assist Veterans.  405 323-6139 or 918 376-0022 sreese@vcobville.com
  • Osage Casinos open 
  • Pawhuska Public Library Closed Until Further Notice.
  • Pawhuska Community Center Closed Until Further Notice.
  • Pawhuska Fitness Center Closed Until Further Notice.
  • No Washington and Nowata County Jail visitation - NA and religious programs suspended
  • Cooper Herrington Furniture temporarily closed
  • Tuesday House is NOT accepting donations.
  • All programs for Golden Opportunities, Physical Therapy and Daybreak at Elder Care are suspended.  Their building is open for patients of Dr. Jarrell.
  • CARD, Community Action Resource and Development, facilities closed to walk-in customers.  If services are needed, call 918 333-8115.
  • OKM Music Festival postponed to September 4-10, 2020

Food Distribution:

  • Agape Mission of Bartlesville is serving to-go meals ONLY (max of 3) until further notice
  • CONCERN conducting operations by call-in only.  Call 918 336-4693 between 10:30am-2:30pm
  • Catholic Charities Mary Martha's Outreach still serving food through their drive-thru
  • Bartlesville Public Schools is offering student meal services. (More info here)

  • Pawhuska Public Schools is offering students meal services. (More info here)

  • Dewey First United Methodist Church is having DRIVE IN church at Don Tyler Park, Sundays at 10am.  Listen to KRIG 104.9 for audio.
  • Westminster Presbyterian Church is live streaming Sunday 9:30am and 6p.m. service at www.westminsteropc.com
  • First Baptist Church of Barnsdall on KPGM 1500 and 99.1 Sunday service at 10:45 a.m.
  • Spirit Church - online services and on KWON1400/93.3 at 9:30am - in person June 7
  • Grace Community Church  - online service live Sundays at 10:45am at gccbartlesville.org or on Facebook. Resuming in person June 7
  • Bartlesville First Baptist 
  • Highland Park Baptist Church will move to online services highlandparkbaptist.net or Facebook
  • Oak Park United Methodist Church
  • Memorial Christian Church - no services til further notice
  • Sooner Park Wesleyan Church - closed until further notice
  • First Wesleyan Church in Bartlesville - closed with streaming online the 9am Traditional and 10:30 Contemporary Sunday services via fwcbartlesville.org
  • First Church of the Nazarene will air on KYFM only and online at https://www.facebook.com/BFCNazPage tfn
  • Victory Worship Center is holding services Sundays at 10:30am and Wednesdays at 6:30pm, at 1550 S. Keeler Ave, in Bartlesville.  Online services are at www.openyourfaith.com
  • Get Real Ministries will hold "Parking Lot Praise" every Sunday at 10:30am.  Stay in your vehicle and worship. 
  • Calvary Chapel Bartlesville having online services LIVE,Sunday mornings @ 10:30am and Wednesday nights 7pm
  • First Presbyterian Church, 505 SE Dewey, will resume onsite live worship on June 7, with one service at 11am.  Updates at www.fpcbok.org and on Facebook.  
  • Town & Country Christian Church on Sunday mornings for a live streaming of their  online worship service  at 10:00 am on facebook!
