OKU Track Standout Signs to Oklahoma Wesleyan
Oklahoma Union track and field senior Jimmy Williams has signed to Oklahoma Wesleyan University to continue his running career.
Williams made his commitment official during a signing on Tuesday.
Williams was part of a track and field team that placed 11th overall at the 2A state meet in Oklahoma City last weekend. Williams also ran at the state cross country championship in Shawnee in October 2025.
Of the seniors that will graduate at Oklahoma Union at the end of the school year, five track athletes have announced their commitment collegiately to continue their track career.
On the track for OKWU, they finished 10th in the Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference (KCAC) championships as a men's team earlier this month. The cross country team finished 13th at the KCAC championship in November 2025.
