Dewey Bulldogger Easton Davis has committed to Northeastern State University to continue his baseball career.

Davis made it official during a signing on Monday afternoon. He says it was the school he was always looking to go to.

Davis has been instrumental for the Bulldoggers this season on the baseball field, both with his bat and on the mound. He picked up three hits in Dewey's last two area games against Stigler to punch a ticket to the 3A state tournament.

Head coach Riley Allen talks about getting to coach Davis.

Northeastern State competes at the Division II level in the Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association (MIAA).

For Dewey, they are off to their first state tournament since 2014 after beating Stigler twice last weekend. The Bulldoggers will meet Washington in the first round on Thursday night.
