Dewey basketball is back home on Friday night for the Caney Valley (KS) Bullpups.

The Bulldoggers enter at 7-1 overall and have won their last two games. Head coach Lance Knight said it's a group effort.

Dewey is coming off a season sweep over Pawhuska after a 56-43 win over the Huskies on Tuesday night. Dewey opened the contest on a 17-2 run. Prior to Tuesday's win, the Bulldoggers went 2-1 at a tournament in Adair and finished third.

Dewey hosted the Bullpups last season and fell, 69-39. Knight talked about the Bullpups.
