We have a full schedule of hoops across Northeast Oklahoma coming up on Tuesday evening, with several local teams in action.

Bartlesville High basketball is back at it for the first time in nearly two weeks. BHS travels to Broken Arrow for what will be a tough District opening double-header.

Both BHS clubs enter at 1-0 following nice wins over Rejoice Christian during their season openers the week before Thanksgiving.

Last week, Bartlesville had some scrimmages and downtime to prepare for four games in five days for each club.

Broken Arrow will be much taller and much bigger than the Bruins, as will be the case most night in the District.

Head coach Jake Christenson says his team did a good job with its physicality against Rejoice and talks about his team getting bigger.

As far as height, Broken Arrow has historically been one of the tallest teams on this side of the state.

Christenson talks about how the Bruins can continue to battle against bigger and taller teams this entire season.

Bruins and Tigers on Tuesday night from BA in the first Frontier Valley Conference twin bill of the season.
