Hennesy Recaps Win Over Wynnewood

Pawhuska's football season continues to roll along after the Huskies got a convincing 48-6 first round home playoff win over Panama. After a slow start to a week ten road game at Morrison, coach Matt Hennesy stressed the importance of starting strong and that is exactly what the Huskies did.
Pawhuska has a swinging gate play that has worked very well when attempting two-point conversions this year. When Panama took that play away, Hennesy was proud of his team for adjusting and still going a perfect 6-6 on two point attempts. Hennesy said if the Huskies play with that kind of intensity, they will be tough to beat.
Up next for Pawhuska is a road game at Wynnewood. Friday's game will kick off at 7 p.m. and can be heard on 99.1 FM KPGM and will also be streaming on KPGMTV.com.
